Component 1: Operationalizing ATIP
Module A - Integration into the ATIP analyst function
Intended for new employees and analysts with less than two years experience in an ATIP Office.
Module B - Advanced ATIP request and complaint handling
Designed for analysts with two or more years experience in inquiries and complaints management.

Module details
- Duration of modules A and B: 42 hours each
- Distribution period: Two weeks (4 courses - 6 days)
- Format: Videoconference from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Certification and recognition
At the end of the course, a joint certificate is issued by the FEP of the Université de Montréal and the AAPI, guaranteeing the quality of the training received by each participant.
For the employer, this certificate is a guarantee of the quality of the skills acquired during training.
