Component 1 : Operationalizing ATIP

Module A – Integration to the ATIP Analyst Position

Intended for new employees and analysts with less than two years of experience in an ATIP office.

Module B – Perfecting the Processing of ATIP Requests and Complaints

Designed for analysts with two or more years of experience in managing requests and complaints.

  • Duration of modules A and B : 42 hours each
  • Delivery Period : two weeks (4 courses – 6 days)
  • Format : Videoconference de 9:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m.
  • Registration Fee : 2 264$  Attestation from Université de Montréal - 165$  Total 2 429$ + applicable taxes.

Certification and recognition

At the end of the training, a joint certificate is issued by the Faculté d'apprentissage continu FAC of the Université de Montréal and the AAPI, guaranteeing the quality of the training received by each participant.

This certificate provides employers with a guarantee of the quality of the skills acquired during the training.
