  2. Ethics applied to decision-making in ATI and privacy
  3. Processing complex ATI and privacy disclosure requests

Any new employee or analyst with less than two years of experience in an ATI and privacy office
Professionals wishing to acquire the core competencies required to work as an ATI and privacy analyst

Course content
  1. Legal and institutional framework in ATI and privacy (Access to Information Act, Privacy Act, role of the institution)
  2. Applying the legal framework to requests for disclosure or correction
  3. Processing requests for disclosure or correction, including practical workshops
  4. Introduction to privacy protection
